Trademark registration is the process of obtaining legal protection for the designation that marks your goods and services from competitors.

A trademark is a designation that individualizes goods, work performed or services rendered. The applicant's right to a trademark arises only as a result of his registration with Rospatent.

TRADEMARK REGISTRATION TERMS
For each trademark submitted for state registration, 3 (three) basic conditions must always be met:

  • the designation must be distinctive;
  • the designation must not be misleading;
  • the designation should not be similar to pre-existing trademarks and trademark applications.

During the registration process, an examination is carried out, during which a decision is made on the possibility of registering the claimed designation as a trademark.
