ST. PETERSBURG CLUSTER DEVELOPMENT CENTER (CCR)

The main task of the Center for Cluster Development, as one of the instruments for the implementation of state policy in the field of economic, industrial and innovative development of St. auxiliary institutions and organizations) among themselves, building scientific and technological production and marketing links and chains, coordinating joint cluster projects.

The Cluster Development Center provides (including but not limited to):

• Organizational design of interaction chains (identification of available research, design, implementation, production, certification, marketing, financial resources and their interconnection between cluster members)
• Development and implementation of joint cluster projects (marketing research, development of feasibility studies and business plans, development and launch of new products, certification of products in accordance with customer requirements, promotion of products of enterprises participating in clusters)
• facilitates the coordination of projects of small and medium-sized businesses that ensure the development of territorial clusters, creates conditions for ensuring cooperation between participants of territorial clusters, stimulating the creation and development of new small and medium-sized businesses
• Creation and maintenance of a database of enterprises participating in clusters, as well as their products and resources at their disposal
