Utility Model Patent No. 155055

Scope of use

The utility model relates to the field of power engineering and can be used in gas turbine engines (GTE) of the GTD-110 type for stationary and transport power engineering. One of the main problems in the development of power gas turbine construction is to reduce the emission of toxic emissions of nitrogen oxides (NOx) and incomplete combustion products (CO, CXHU) formed in the combustion chamber (CC) of a gas turbine engine.

State of the art

Known compressor station GTE with an output electrical power in the range of 100-130 MW, a two-bearing rigid rotor, made with a cantilever drum section of the compressor and welded drum-disk sections of the compressor and turbine, containing modular elements (ME), the number of which is in the range of 20- 22 located around the circumference of the rotor outside in relation to the last compressor stages, moreover, all ME are located in a single power case, with a front-line device (FU) installed inside each with concentrically arranged cylindrical internal pilot burner and an external main premix burner, at least one electric igniter of the gas-air mixture, as well as a combustion pipe (LHT) adjacent to the outlet of the main burner with flame and gas outlet sections, between the housing of the LHT and FU, together with the adjacent LHT, there is an annular cavity for air passage, both pilot and main burners have separate annular collectors for supplying fuel and separate air supply ducts with bladed air swirlers installed in them, moreover, the air swirler of the main burner is made with a radial air supply, and the heat-stressed sections of each ZhT and each FU are equipped with means of protecting their walls from thermal effects (New gas turbine engine with a capacity of 110 MW for stationary power plants / Romanov V.I. et al. // Heat power engineering . 1992. No. 9, pp. 15-21 [1]) - analogue).
